The Hooded Merganser and our Executive Chef, Chris Remmington are excited to host Chef Weimer Gomez on Monday, July 3 for a collaborative Food and Wine event. Dinner will include 5 courses…2 created by the guest Chef and 2 by our Executive Chef followed by their collective vision of a dessert. All 5 courses will include wine pairings highlighting local wines from the Naramata Bench. Only a limited number of tickets will be sold to this exclusive event. Both Chefs will address guests prior to dinner and join the party to answer questions following dinner.
