The Shelter is a sanctuary for restoration; a place to gather, slow down, and find peace in the elements through the rhythm of heat, cold, and stillness.
Our floating sauna offers panoramic views of Okanagan Lake and a serene atmosphere designed to inspire deep relaxation and mindfulness. Cycle between the warmth of the sauna, the invigorating chill of a cold plunge in the lake, and a moment of stillness in our restorative rest area, allowing your body to reset and your mind to settle.
We believe in the body’s natural ability to heal, recover, and restore balance. At Shelter, our experience is rooted in the practice of contrast therapy; the intentional movement between heat, cold, and rest.
The Shelter is located in the private marina to the right of the Hooded Merganser Restaurant at the Penticton Lakeside Resort.
